Travelling alone — but not lonely
Almost half of my groups travel alone. Here is how I make sure nobody is left out.

The question I hear most is “Will I be the only one on my own?”. The answer is almost always “no” — in a group of 16, six or seven usually travel alone.
We do a short round of introductions in the minibus, and at the first dinner we sit at one long table. If you like, I pair you with a roommate — which also saves the single-room supplement.
