I’m Alina — and I love the road
A licensed guide, a former history teacher and the person who will be waiting for you outside the Cathedral at 7 in the morning.

From the textbook to the road
For six years I taught history at the First Language School in Varna. The best lessons were outside the classroom — when we took the students to Madara, Tarnovo and Plovdiv.
In 2014 I became a licensed guide and joined a large agency. I saw how mass tourism is made — and decided I wanted something else. My first trip of my own was a weekend in Zheravna with nine friends of friends. Today I do it every month.

The road so far
2008
A history teacher
The first school trips, and the discovery that history is best told on the spot.2014
A guide’s licence
A course with the Ministry of Tourism and the first groups at an agency — 50 people per coach.2016
My first own trip
A weekend in Zheravna with nine people. They all came back — and brought friends.2019
Alina Tour
My own minibus, the first trips abroad and one rule: no more than 16 people.2026
180+ trips
More than 2,400 travellers — and many of them travel with me every year.
Travel is the people
The best part of a trip is rarely the sight itself. It is Granny Pena teaching us to make banitsa in Zheravna. The taxi driver in Naples who sings. The table where strangers become friends.
That is why I choose small places, small groups and plenty of time. And that is why I travel every route myself before inviting you.
